  1. Acceptance of terms and conditions
    By using our website or our services, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to them, please refrain from using our services.
  2. Services offered
    Aquarium Services offers a range of aquarium related products and services including, but not limited to:

Custom aquarium design and setup
Aquarium maintenance and cleaning
Fish health and water quality management
Supply of aquarium accessories, plants and livestock
Emergency services for aquariums
All services are subject to availability and may vary depending on location.

  1. Appointments & Cancelations
    Customers must provide accurate details when booking services.
    Appointments may be rescheduled or canceled with at least 48 hours notice.
    Last minute cancelations may be subject to a cancelation fee.
  2. Prices & Payments
    Prices are based on the type of service, the size of the aquarium and the materials required.
    Unless otherwise agreed, the full amount is payable at the time of service.
    We accept all forms of payment and all transactions are processed securely.
  3. Livestock & Product Sales
    We guarantee the quality of all fish and live plants sold, but cannot guarantee their longevity due to environmental factors.
    Returns or exchanges of livestock will not be accepted unless found to be defective upon arrival.
    Customers are responsible for ensuring that the conditions in their aquarium are suitable before purchasing new fish or aquatic plants.
  4. Warranty & Liability
    We provide a 12 month warranty on aquarium installations and associated services.
    The warranty does not cover damage caused by improper care, external influences or alterations by third parties.
    Aquarium Services is not responsible for damage caused by water leaks, fish disease or improper care of the aquarium after the service has been completed.
  5. Responsibilities of the customer
    The customer must follow our care instructions for a healthy aquarium.
    Any problems should be reported immediately upon completion of the service so that they can be rectified.
    We are not liable for any damage caused by improper handling of the aquarium or unauthorized modifications.
  6. Privacy & Data Protection
    We respect your privacy and handle personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. The information collected is used solely for the provision of services and for communication purposes.
  7. Intellectual property
    All content, trademarks and materials on the website are the property of Aquarium Services and may not be copied, distributed or used without permission.
  8. Changes to terms and conditions
    Aquarium Services reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. The changes will be posted on our website and continued use of our services will mean that you accept the amended terms and conditions.
